Every project starts from a complete reading of the space: routes, resting areas, greenery, public amenities and commercial activity all have to work together. A bench in the wrong place is furniture nobody uses; a kiosk with no seating around it is a counter, not a meeting place.

We rebuild what is worn out and add what is missing: paving, lighting, planting beds, trees, seating, structures and public amenities.

A project covers every component of the space at the same time: the green areas and their irrigation, the furniture and its maintenance, the restrooms and their servicing, the food areas and their utilities, the lighting, the event area and the winter setup.

Un progetto contempla tutte le componenti dello spazio insieme: le aree verdi e la loro irrigazione, l'arredo e la sua manutenzione, i servizi igienici e il loro presidio, le aree food e le utenze, l'illuminazione, l'area eventi e l'allestimento invernale.

Reserved seating and free public seating are planned together from the first drawing, not negotiated afterwards.
